Monday - Friday 8:00-4:00
Diagnostic Fee $100 - Non negotiable
Technician will provide you with a professional diagnostic on your HVAC equipment for $100. At that time our technician will also provide you with the "Flat Rate" amount for all repairs necessary to rectify your HVAC equipment. If you do not want to move forward to rectify your equipment $100 will be collected at the end of your HVAC service call.
Flat Rate
Once our service technician has diagnosed the HVAC problem they will provide you a "Flat Rate" amount to repair equipment. At that time you have the option to pay only for the diagnostic or to move forward with any A/C or Furnace repairs. All payments must be rendered at the time of your service. If decision maker is unavailable at the time of service appointment you are expected to provide a credit card to our disbatcher at the time of scheduling. THANK YOU
